EVENT DAY AUCTIONEER SERVICES
Event day auctioneer services include (but are not limited to): leading a high-energy live auction, leading a highly effective Fund-A-Need, delivering a heartfelt Fund-A-Need ask, leading fundraising games and matches, making announcements regarding silent/online auction, raffles or other fundraising components or event needs, selling buy-a-spots, training volunteer bid spotters & recorders, providing bid recording sheets if requested, connecting with your donors and much, much more.
*Optional event day services include: MC/host, singing custom written songs, singing cover songs
FUNDRAISING CONSULTING SERVICES
As fundraising consultants above all else, we will work with you closely during the planning process of your event to help you strategically create a successful fundraiser based on your organization's specific needs. Fundraising consulting services leading up to your event include (but are not limited to): providing experienced input, advice and guidance regarding the run-of-show (program timing, catering timing, fundraising placement, etc.), A/V needs, marketing, slides, videos, printed programs, live auction items, silent auction items, raffles, Fund-A-Need, and other fundraising and event components specific to your needs. Additionally, we will share tips and strategies to help you maximize your donations for your live auction, silent auction and/or Fund-A-Need, create starting bids and bid increments for live auction items, create a strategic order for your live auction items to be sold on event day and listed in both the printed programs and slides, write the auctioneer/MC script, provide you with fundraising games/ideas, raffle ideas (Golden Ticket, Golden Paddle, how to sell to raise more, etc.), work closely with your organization to understand your mission and much, much more.
SINGING SERVICES
We believe that music transcends language and cultural barriers and connects all people in a special way that touches their hearts. As an option to make your fundraising event even more unique and memorable, we offer singing services to raise more money including: a solo singing challenge, a duet singing challenge with a member of your community, or for an additional fee, you may request a custom song performed by The Singing Auctioneer to open your program, or sung at a strategic moment during your program, or specific cover songs uniquely suited to your organization.
